Makino Honjouzou Special is made from the rice that has been polished so that no more than 70% of the original size of the grains remains. It is a pale gold colour sake ,light, citrus fresh and gentle floral aroma yet rich yeasty character on your palate. Low in acidity and very easy to drink, a perfect match with rich seafood.Enjoyed both warm or chilled.
