Ruinart Blanc De Blancs NV 750ml

A powerful first nose with notes of fresh fruit, particularly ripe citrus. A beautiful floral nose with notes of white flowers and white fruits (white peach). A smooth, balanced palate attack with a lot of roundness. A vinosity without excess, backed up with exceptional freshness. On the end, there are notes of honey, lemon, and a wonderful minerality. The finish is fairly long and very refreshing. Brilliant and luminous robe in mild golden yellow with light green reflections. Persistent release and active effervescence.

The majority of the Premiers Crus are from the Cote des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims for aromatic finesse, with wines from Sezannais adding roundness. Finally, certain wines from the Vesle Valley’s northern reaches provide a touch of freshness and brightness.
