This beautiful wine is a juicy, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon made from grapes grown in the very sunny Paso Robles. And that is the secret. Fragrant with blackberry compote, plum, black olive, baked, and toasty oak spice flavors, generous and silky smooth on the palate; very skillfully done.
This vintage won Gold at the 2023 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
Serve with roasted meat or aged cheese, ragu, grilled steaks, roast turkey, and dark chocolate nibs.
