The rowan berry, known in Gaelic as caorunn (pronounced “ka-roon”), together with dandelion, bog myrtle, heather, and Coul Blush apple, make up the five Celtic botanicals out of the eleven botanicals used to flavor this Scottish gin. The bottle’s pentagon form reflects the quantity of botanicals. With a crystalline look. With a scent of pine-fresh juniper and black pepper spice, it is citrusy and floral. Fresh, incredibly clean, and well-balanced, with a palate full of zesty citrus, subtle spice from black pepper, light fruitiness, and subtle floral notes from the piney juniper. With a long-lasting, purifying, faintly spruce finish.
