Jim Beam is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that has been aged for a minimum of four years. Orange and russet in hue, it has the aroma of vanilla and caramel. The taste begins sweet with light caramel and vanilla flavors then ends with a slightly woody char. The finish is long, crisp and clean.
