Michter’s Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, produces US*1 Bourbon in tiny batches of no more than two dozen barrels. Michter’s, named after one of the oldest distilleries in the United States, offers a variety of great American whiskeys. There’s something for everyone, from refill-cask-aged unblended American whiskey to 25-year-old bourbon, including young and old bourbon and rye, as well as whiskeys that focus on the casks used for maturation.
