This 15-year-old Aberfeldy Highland whisky was completed in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks from California’s Napa Valley before being bottled as part of the Red Wine Cask Collection. Sweet raspberry jam and Parma violet aromas dominate the palate, followed by cinnamon, honey, sweet malt, and rich coffee beans that linger in the finish.
