This whisky is very rich and flavourful, packing tons of sherry sweetness and spices. A fantastic whisky from a lesser-known distillery.

Blair Athol distillery, located on the peaty moorlands at the foothills of the Grampian mountains, produces this spicy, rich, and substantial whisky. Dry sherry flavours dominate the nose, accompanied by Muscat grapes, brimstone, dried apricots, and treacle caramel. The palate is bursting with dried fruit, minty herbs, Madeira wine, and vanilla, which fade into oak spice, dry pepper, and apple crumble that linger in the aftertaste.
