Dalmore 12 Years Sherry Cask Select 700ml

An beautiful 12 year old Highland Single Malt matured in exceptional Sherry casks, blending the nutty aromas of Oloroso with the sweet influence of rich Pedro Ximénez.

Under the watchful eye of the whisky production team, the spirit is originally matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, matching the house style of chocolate, citrus, and spice. This whisky is then fully finished in casks that previously housed a unique sherry, made particularly for The Dalmore – a blend of aged Oloroso and rich sweet Pedro Ximénez, the recipe intended to provide the ultimate compliment to their house style. The result is a magnificent and elegant single malt, brimming with luscious fruit and rich spice.
