First aged in American white oak barrels that were once used to make bourbon, it is then divided evenly among three types of sherry wood: Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem oloroso. The spirit and the fine sherry butt are united after three years to allow the flavours to penetrate. a strong but refined spirit.

Nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange marmalade aroma. Mandarin, vanilla, ginger, and crushed apples on the palate. Rich dark chocolate and caramelized orange finish.
