Dalmore 21 Years 700ml

The Principle Collection’s pinnacle and the Dalmore’s distinctive expression. The yearly limited edition Dalmore 21 is completed in Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks that are 30 years old.

Outstanding whisky matured in ex-Bourbon barrels of American white oak and first-fill Sherry casks that previously housed 30 year-old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected from the world-renowned González Byass bodega particularly for The Dalmore to create an outstanding whisky with character.

Aromas of bitter dark chocolate, juicy Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apples. On the palate, there’s a sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest grapes, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan. Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges round out the flavour.
