Bowmore 15 Years Sherry Cask 700ml

Single malt from the Scottish island of Islay with a dark red color obtained through aging in American Bourbon barrels and then, for three years, in Sherry Oloroso barrels, which provide it with a rich and hypnotizing shade and excellent sweetness. Bowmore 15 “darkest” strikes a balance between the Bowmore house’s smoky smells and the Sherry’s sweetness, salinity, and peaty flavor that is unique to the Islay region.

The whiskey has a dark and rich amber colour and aromas of high-quality dark chocolate, dried fruits, and smoke that are peculiar to the Islay region. While tasting, one may detect tastes of cedar wood and creamy, sweet toffee. The finish is powerful and complex, with alternating smells of Sherry’s sweetness, black pepper’s sting, and even sea water’s saltiness.
