The beast has returned, and this time it is a mighty 30 years old! This Peat’s Beast was matured for three decades in wood casks before being generously bottled at 50.6% ABV. Peat’s Beast, which was produced in 2011, was the result of the collaboration of numerous brilliant brains, not just one. Like any great beverage, the blend of essential ingredients is what sets it apart.
