The Glenlivet distillery manufactures single malt Scotch whisky at Ballindalloch in Moray, Scotland. It is the parish of Glenlivet’s oldest legal distillery and the home of the same-named Scottish whisky. The distillery is now owned by the French alcoholic drinks business Pernod Ricard, which oversees the distillery’s annual production of 5,900,000 proof litres. The majority of this, enough for 6 million bottles, is sold as The Glenlivet single malt, with the rest utilized in Pernod Ricard’s blended whisky brands.
