This lovely dram is a fitting tribute to the distillery’s founder. This Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, aged in superb Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain, has a complex flavour profile of dark treacle, allspice, and walnut that lingers on the long finish.

Bright rich gold with a tawny center. On the nose, there are sweet notes of fudge and muscovado sugar. Fruit compote and glacier morello cherries provide richness. Rich, dark, and enticing. Remarkable flavours of stewed fruits and allspice merge with traditional aged Oloroso sherry and toasted walnut bread topped with chocolate. With a very complex and long finish.
