This exquisite wine masterfully represents the Venetian winemaking tradition, for which the winery serves as the spokesperson, fulfilling its historical and cultural value. A blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara ferments for 12 days in stainless steel barrels before rising for 4 months in the same vessels. Ruby red in hue, it has expressive and distinct cherry scents on the nose. The sip is excellent and refreshing, with a graceful and harmonic body. It pairs well with first courses, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
