The story of 2021 has two seasons. Prior to harvest, it was quite chilly and damp. Then, only a few weeks before harvest, the sun emerged, resulting in fully ripe Chardonnay that was flavorful and had good natural acidity, which was used to make the Innocent Bystander Chardonnay 2021.
