Il Matto is the Sangiovese by Dianella. It comes from the selection of the best Sangiovese grapes from our own vineyards, refined in French oak barrels of second passage and medium toasted. This wine is a true expression of Dianella’s terroir that gives special emotions. Only at the end of the tasting it reveals its tannic structure and its great complexity. Excellent, complex wine, ideal accompanied with game dishes, aged cheeses and grilled meats.
