Pedro Domecq Manzanilla Sherry 750ml

A distinctive white fortified wine from the southern region of Spain with a light golden hue and a smell that is quite characteristic of manzanilla and composed of very sharp aromas that are reminiscent of apples, chamomile, almonds, yeast, and bread.

On the palate, it is mild, crisp, unmistakably dry, and briny, with a moderate bitterness and a protracted finish. Serve alongside developing meats, pickled vegetables, nuts, fish, seafood, and Asian cuisine.
